1. Data Controller

2. Principle: Minimal Data Collection

This website deliberately collects only the data required to get in touch with me. There is:

• no user tracking via advertising networks
• no sharing of data with third parties for advertising purposes
• no cookies used to recognize individual visitors
• no use of Google Analytics, Google Maps, or comparable services

3. Contact Form

When you use the contact form on this website, I process the following data:

• Name
• Email address
• Message
• optionally: phone number (if you select "Phone" as your preferred contact method)
• optionally: your booking link (if you select "Booking link" as your preferred contact method)
• optionally: the areas of interest you selected

Purpose: Handling and responding to your inquiry.

Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), actively confirmed via checkbox when submitting the form, as well as my legitimate interest in responding to incoming inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Delivery: Your inquiry is delivered to me by email via my Proton Mail account (Switzerland). No storage takes place in a database or CRM system, unless I get in touch with you as part of handling your inquiry and you separately consent to further processing (e.g. in the context of a collaboration).

Retention period: I store your inquiry only as long as necessary to handle it, generally no longer than 6 months after it has been finally answered, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.

Protection against abuse: To protect the form against automated spam, I use Altcha, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted method that works without tracking or sharing your data with third parties.

4. Web Analytics (Plausible Analytics)

This website uses a self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics running on my own server infrastructure (not a third-party service).

• No cookies are set.
• No IP address is stored; visitors are not individually recognized or tracked across different websites.
• Only anonymous, aggregated information is collected, such as: pages viewed, country of origin (coarse, not personally identifiable), device type used, and referrer source.
• Attribution to individual persons is not possible.

Purpose: Understanding how the website is used in order to improve it.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Since no personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is processed (no cookies, no IP storage), prevailing opinion holds that no consent is required.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on my own server (VPS) at IONOS. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data (e.g. IP address, time of access) necessary for the secure operation of the website. This data is not combined with other data sources and is automatically deleted after a short period.

6. Recipients and Third-Party Providers

I do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The following service providers are involved for the purposes described above:

• Proton AG (Switzerland): email delivery of contact inquiries
• IONOS: hosting of the website infrastructure

The data-protection agreements required by law (data processing agreements or equivalent guarantees) are in place with both providers.

7. Notice for Visitors from the United States

RCM Digital Solutions LLC is a US company (Florida). Comprehensive US state-level privacy laws (such as CCPA/CPRA in California, or comparable laws in Colorado, Virginia, and other states) generally include revenue or data-volume thresholds above which they apply to a business. As a sole proprietor, I do not currently meet these thresholds, so these laws are not currently applicable to processing carried out by RCM Digital Solutions LLC.

Regardless, I extend to every visitor of this website — irrespective of where they live — the same rights of access, correction, and deletion described under "Your Rights" below.

8. Minors

This website is not directed at persons under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect data from minors. Should I become aware that data of a minor has been submitted via the contact form, I will delete it promptly.

9. Do-Not-Track Signals

This website does not use tracking technologies to begin with (see Section 4), so browser "Do-Not-Track" signals are moot — there is no tracking that such a signal would need to disable.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• access the data I process about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
• withdraw consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I will update this privacy policy whenever data processing on this website changes. The current version can always be found on this page.
